   A team owner emails you an invitation; one click and a password later, you are in their workspace. Or register and create your own team. Dockets, tags, stances, and notes are private to each team.

   Find the rule in Explore

   Every CMS rule, proposed rule, and notice in the Federal Register since 2020 — a timeline of the agency’s publishing rhythm plus a searchable table. Filter to proposed rules with comment periods still open.

   Understand it before reading 1,000 pages

   Each document page has an AI brief — key proposals tied to their rule sections, who is affected, the deadlines — plus "Ask this document," which answers questions with citations to specific rule sections. The official full text and PDF are always right there.

   Pull the public comments

   One click downloads every comment on the docket from regulations.gov, each merged into a single PDF with its attachments. Refreshes check regulations.gov live first and only run when there is something new to fetch.

   Review as a team

   A three-pane workspace: your tags, the comment list, the full comment PDF. Tag comments, record Y/N/Mixed stances, leave notes teammates can see. AI auto-tags the inbox and synthesizes what commenters say per topic — citing comment IDs and the rule sections they respond to. Duplicate form letters are flagged automatically.
